When you arrive for your appointment, we’ll confirm things like:
- The exact problems you’re experiencing and the solutions you expect
- Whether you have scheduled to leave the vehicle with us or wait
- Courtesy Shuttle, rental car, or taxi arrangements
- Initial estimates
- Estimated time when we will call to discuss your vehicle
- Completion time estimates
- We will NEVER do any work without your informed consent, but please understand that if you drop-off late, are not able to be contacted, or you authorize more work than you initially scheduled, our initial estimates and delivery times can be affected.
