How to schedule for your convenience

You NEVER need an appointment for breakdowns or emergencies, but we do work on an appointment basis whenever possible.  We can typically accommodate appointments on a same-day or next-day basis, but in our busiest times we may have to schedule two or three days out depending on the work you need done.  We always schedule at the earliest opening, but please understand we can only fit your vehicle in as current schedule allows.

  • We offer service by appointment, Monday through Friday.
  • We discourage clients from waiting at the shop for most services, (even oil changes) but we do offer a limited number of waiting appointments for DEQ, wiper blades, and most light bulb changes. Your Service Advisor will tell you if we can do a ‘waiter’ for you, so please ask.
  • For routine maintenance you should call a few days or before the date you want, and even further ahead before a long trip. We’ll try to get you in no matter when you call, but we can’t always guarantee last-minute appointment availability or immediate turnaround.
  • We take small issues like fluid checks, tire checks, wipers, headlights and turn signals without appointment, but when possible please call ahead so we can be ready for you.
  • If you arrange with us ahead of time, you can drop your vehicle off a day or more before service and/or we can keep it a few days after service.
  • If you can’t pick up during business hours we can leave your vehicle locked outside if you’ve made payment and key arrangements in advance.
  • We will take vehicles without appointments, but we honor appointments first and dovetail in other work as time allows.
  • Getting your vehicle to us early in the morning (or even the day before) makes a one-day turnaround on specific jobs more likely.
  • When you call to schedule, be as detailed as possible about the repairs, services and completion schedules you’re looking for. Give us detailed information about any symptoms, problems.
  • When we know you need your vehicle back by a specific time at the time of appointment scheduling we can more easily accommodate your needs than when asked for early completion or additional work at drop-off.
  • If you’re having intermittent problems or strange noises, you may need to plan a little time for a test drive with a technician. We don’t want to fix the wrong noise or miss the symptom from lack of information.
  • Please make sure your vehicle has enough fuel in the tank for us to road-test and preform diagnostics.
  • If you have arranged a rental car the Enterprise representative will be here waiting with your rental on site please be on time. You can return it to us here as well.
