In Bush v Gore the Supreme Court pointed out that there is no explicit voting right in the Constitution.
We all think we have this right because the right to be heard, the right to government in our interest, the right to hold power accountable; all depend on our vote.
The Cons hope to win elections if the Dems don’t vote so they’ve decided to use “voter fraud” as a red herring to create new voter ID laws designed to disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of likely Dem voters.
“Voter Fraud” might be plausible but for two things… the government admits they know of no examples of voter fraud that would’ve been stopped by the new ID laws, and GOP House Leader Mike Turzai is on video saying the new laws will “allow Romney to win the state of Pennsylvania.”
The Cons did the math and decided your Democracy isn’t as important as their victory.
