Keith Tucker’s “What Now?!!” Toons

I’m Tom Dwyer,

Molly Ivins called satire “the weapon of the powerless against the powerful.”  As our democracy struggles against faceless corporate power, ‘we the powerless’ have a ready “non-lethal” weapon in Keith Tucker’s “What Now?!!” cartoon series.

Keith, a Portland cartoonist, has a unique talent for distilling complex situations into just a picture and a few words.  His works have helped me assimilate some pretty frustrating political and cultural realities!  I may not always laugh, but his work gives voice to some of the events and bitter ironies we see each day.

Keith’s cartoons have drawn praise from the likes of Thom Hartmann and Greg Palast.

Now, I’m proud to announce that Keith has agreed to post his weekly cartoon on our website, and create a special cartoon for each of our newsletters.

If you’re not yet familiar with Keith’s work, now’s your chance.  Go to our website for your weekly  “What Now Toons” therapy.
