In a strange way it’s nice when our clients buy a new vehicle and deal with the Dealer for a while.  They get a great chance to compare Tom Dwyer to another service, and we’re very confident we look good in the comparison!  But those Dealer ‘freebies’ aren’t for you, they’re designed to get you used to using the Dealer so you stay with them when the warranty period is up.  They often work.  Of course we want those folks back, so we came up with a way to entice you back to us by giving you the most value from your Dealer experience. If you bought (or are planning on buying) a new vehicle that comes with free Dealer service, PLEASE TELL YOUR SERVICE ADVISOR and they’ll give you a card for a FREE 2nd Set of Eyes.  Dealers aren’t usually allowed to mention problems they see that could be covered under warranty; you have to bring them up yourself to get coverage.  Put the card on your refrigerator and forget about it for now, but bring your new vehicle to us BEFORE YOUR WARRANTY EXPIRES.   We’ll do our complete Comprehensive Inspection for free to catch any issues the Dealer may have ‘missed’, and you can take the vehicle back for repairs BEFORE your warranty expires.  And then when the warranty is over, you can come back to the Dwyer Service you know and love.   Don’t pass up this offer… it can save you thousands of dollars!

Latest Automotive Recalls

Automobiles are just like any other product; occasional flaws in manufacture or design can cause problems once they leave the factory.  When an issue is identified the manufacturers and government work hard to bring the vehicles back in for refit or repair, but not all recalls make the front pages.  The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration maintains a constantly updated list of recalls from every manufacturer.
