If you’ve got dead electronics we’ll take ‘em off your hands, but hurry!
You got a new TV for Christmas, but that was two months ago and the old TV is still in your garage… with your 1997 computer, your 2008 laptop, the box of cables you haven’t used in 15 years, and seven cell phones big enough to prop open doors. We’d like to help you get rid of all that junk in an environmentally responsible way and better yet, absolutely FREE!
Three weeks ago we started collecting old, dead, useless electronics at our shop (530 SE Tenino Street during business hours) for pickup by Green Century Recycling. They’ll refurbish and sell what they can, dismantle and recycle what they can’t. We’ve got a pretty good stack going already, but there’s room for your stuff as well.
Here’s the list of what we can take and what we can’t but whatever you bring you need to hurry… our last dropoff has to be in by Friday, March 17, by close of business because Green Century is coming that night. We want to help you be a good steward of your electronic waste but our love affair with your garbage will end as soon as the Green Century truck pulls away!
