When you’re ready to pick up your vehicle we’ll tell you exactly what we did and why, and we’ll make sure that any questions you have are fully answered.
- Your Service Advisor will review the estimate we initially gave you, the work we performed, the results we achieved, and your final price.
- We’ll explain and prioritize any pending recommendations or issues and provide estimates on request.
- You should NEVER feel rushed! We always gladly take as much time as you need to answer any questions you might have in as much detail as you would like.
- Payment is due when you pick up your vehicle. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards, and we have available credit plans (OAC).
- If you have a rental car it can be returned here (regardless of anything else rental agent tells you).
PLEASE tell us if we have delivered ANYTHING less than 100% impeccable service! If you are happy please tell your friends, co-workers and family about us; if you aren’t happy for ANY reason, PLEASE tell us so we can make adjustments and learn. We can’t fix a problem we don’t know about, and the only clients that remain disappointed are the ones who don’t tell us they experienced a problem.
