If the vehicle is not driveable, we recommend Northwestern Towing at 503-253-3030.
Once you’re here, we have a After-hours Drop Box just to the right of the office door. Just fill out the envelope, drop in your keys, and drop the envelope into the slot. We’ll call you first thing in the morning to discuss your vehicle.
If you are out-of-town-
Our nationwide warranty service can help. Call 877-252-4609 and explain what’s happening. They’ll refer you to a local shop that will take care of you.
