Which ONE of these deserving groups will get $1000? Only YOU can decide!
We’re very proud that most new clients of Tom Dwyer Automotive Services find us through our existing clients… people who tell their friends and family what they’ve found with us. We used to say ‘thank you’ for your Referrals with certificates for our Minor Interval Service, but in 2014 Tom started thinking… if a client has a self-interest in making a referral doesn’t that ‘taint’ it a little? Even unconsciously? That was the start of our Referral Reward program and now we say ‘thank you’ by making a donation to any non-profit group you choose. It’s a win-win-win… we get to show you how valuable your referrals are to us, a deserving charity gets a little boost, and you can recommend us with absolutely no conflict of interest!
But our Referral Reward is more than that, because at the end of the year our clients vote for ONE of these non-profits to receive $1000 award. ALMOST all of the groups we give to during the year are included, but we do exclude any of our past Yearly winners and the larger groups like Oregon Food Bank or the Red Cross. (We gladly give to them throughout the year, but we try to reserve the Yearly award for the smaller groups).

If you’ve made a referral and we haven’t contacted you about a donation, we apologize. We ask every new client how they found out about us, but even people who are referred often give sources like Google or Yelp. We try our best to thank each client specifically for their support, but we can only contact you if we know you referred someone.
Finally, if you’ve been called about a referral but haven’t called us back with your choice yet, please do! We’ll continue making donations to this year’s individual groups through the end of year, but since the Yearly Award ballots are already printed they won’t be eligible for this year’s $1000 award.

Voting will continue through Jan 19, 2024, and we’ll announce the winner in our next newsletter.
