Salmon Balls
This month Kyle racked his brain trying to remember something that he ALWAYS had around the holidays. His mom came to the rescue with the recipe for his late grandfather’s favorite appetizer, lovingly called “salmon balls”. It’s a smoked salmon dip formed into a large bowl to make it round, and Papa made it every single year without fail until he passed. It still brings him warm memories, and you can bet salmon balls will be on Kyle’s table this year. We hope it brings warmth to your Holiday table as well.
