We started our News To Make You Furious column in simpler times. 2010 brought the 20th Anniversary of the Exxon Valdez disaster, and investigative reporter Greg Palast seemed ready to recognize the event even if the rest of the Media ignored it. We agreed, and ran Greg’s article in its entirety under the title “News To Make You Furious”. But the next month there was more Furious news, and the month after that, and it seems there’s always been some new abomination to talk about. We try to focus on issues that aren’t getting the appropriate media play, but sometimes it’s a deep dig on an issue that’s all over the airwaves. No matter; you can be assured that News To Make You Furious will always be here to bring your heart rate up. Wanna taste?
