We stand behind our professional services with a 24-Month / 24,000-Mile Local and National Warranty.

  • Coverage: This applies to both parts and labor for all completed repairs.
  • National Protection: Whether you are driving across Portland or across the country, your repair is covered. If a part fails while you are on vacation, our nationwide network ensures you aren’t left stranded.

Why Our Warranty Matters

A warranty is only as good as the repair it covers. Many shops offer “bare-bones” estimates that ignore “known unknowns”—parts likely to fail soon that could be replaced economically during the primary repair. We reject this approach in favor of:

  • Overlapping Labor: We identify logical sequencing where additional maintenance can be performed for little or no extra labor cost.
  • Quality Parts: We use premium materials that allow us to defensibly offer a 24/24 warranty while other shops may only offer 12/12.
  • Post-Service Inspection: Every vehicle undergoes a 20-point quality control check before it leaves our shop to ensure no details were missed.

Warranty Facilitation

In addition to our own 24/24 warranty, we provide warranty facilitation for your vehicle’s manufacturer warranties. As an independent facility, we perform all scheduled maintenance required to keep your new car’s factory warranty in effect. We can also help you navigate the process if a part failure falls under a manufacturer’s specific coverage.
