Surprise your family with this easy recipe. Great as a tasty appetizer or add a few sides for a mouth-watering main dish. Kids never seem to tire of this recipe, my nieces and nephews love it every time!

1 cup finely crushed cheese crackers

2 tablespoon vegetable oil, divided

  • Heat one teaspoon of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
  • Add half of pork slices and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned.
  • Repeat with remaining oil and pork slices (or use 2 skillets at one time).
