What to expect during service

Once your vehicle has been dropped-off and evaluated by one or our ASE technicians (not paid on flat rate) your Service Advisor (not on commission) will call with a prioritized list of problems, solutions, and costs, then work with you to determine your goals and an action plan. We’ll confirm your estimate and authorization and give you a planned completion time.  If you need a Shuttle back to the shop, this is when we’ll confirm the need but the actual time will depend on completion of work.

We’ll work on your vehicle through the day.  If we have any complications we will call to tell you the problem, describe your options, and confirm how you’d like to proceed.  We’ll call when your vehicle is 100% ready and confirm any final details for shuttle or pickup plans.  If we have not called you, your vehicle is not ready yet.
