Lockout procedures and protections

If you can’t pick up your vehicle during weekly business hours or on our Saturday pickup/dropoff time, we can lock your vehicle outside out shop so you can pick it up at your convenience.

  • We’ll take your payment over the phone when your work is completed.
  • Your vehicle will be placed in our main parking lot on the north side of the building. This area is both covered by security cameras and visible to police patrols of the neighborhood, so it’s the safest area we have.
  • Paperwork from your service will be placed on your front seat unless you request otherwise
  • We’ll confirm if you have an extra set of keys for your vehicle when we make plans for the lockout.
  • If you don’t have an extra key, we’ll put your key on the passenger-side rear tire.
  • If you need to leave your vehicle with us for a few days, we can accommodate that through prior arrangement.  We’ll leave your it locked in our parking lot during the day, but bring it in to our locked and alarmed shop at night.
