What to expect when you pickup your vehicle

When you’re ready to pick up your vehicle we’ll tell you exactly what we did and why, and we’ll make sure that any questions you have are fully answered.

  • Your Service Advisor will review the estimate we initially gave you, the work we performed,  the results we achieved, and your final price.
  • We’ll explain and  prioritize any pending recommendations or issues and provide estimates on request.
  • You should NEVER feel rushed!  We always gladly take as much time as you need to answer any questions you might have in as much detail as you would like.
  • Payment is due when you pick up your vehicle. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards, and we have available credit plans (OAC).
  • If you have a rental car it can be returned here (regardless of anything else rental agent tells you).

PLEASE tell us if we have delivered ANYTHING less than 100% impeccable service! If you are happy please tell your friends, co-workers and family about us; if you aren’t happy for ANY reason, PLEASE tell us so we can make adjustments and learn.  We can’t fix a problem we don’t know about, and the only clients that remain disappointed are the ones who don’t tell us they experienced a problem.
